Hi guys,
I was suspended by Amazon due to a IP complaint a week ago.
When I first received the complaint, I immediately contacted the brand and was able to get the complaint withdrawn in one day. They emailed notice-disputes and cc’d my email as well.
However, Amazon decided to suspend my account about a week after the complaint was withdrawn. I was a bit confused so wrote up an appeal and sent it in with proof that the item was never sold, as well as proof of the email.
The appeal was denied, and here is what they are asking:
"Hello,
Thank you for your message. We cannot accept your appeal because it does not address the report we received from the rights owner. Please provide the following information so we can process your appeal:
– Proof of product authenticity (e.g., invoice, Order ID, licensing agreement, letter of authorization). It must clearly prove that your products do not infringe any intellectual property rights. Please send this information, any other documentation, and a list of impacted ASINs to
notice-dispute@amazon.com.
– Greater detail on the root cause(s) of the infringement.
– Greater detail on the actions you have taken to resolve issues.
– Greater detail on the steps you have taken to prevent infringement going forward.
– Greater detail on why you believe an error has occurred."
Are they asking me to appeal inauthentic now? The original suspension was due to IP complaints so im a bit confused on this part. Also, I dont have any invoices or anything. Best option to appeal something like this?
