Accept the money

when I click accept the money, then choose keep it in paypal then agree and continue it just keeps spinning, this paypal has ssn from before made a purchase on ebay and boom got accept the money thing. I dont understand whats going on. Please help.

So what your problem then? Problem is for people who have accounts with no SS numbers...

Maybe try a different browser if possible. Had my first experience with this (sort of) the other day on an old account with a bank but no SSN. I was nervous bc of what I've read here but I withdrew without an issue.. just had to withdraw all at once instead of leaving $50-100 like I used to do.
