Anybody know which banks in the Republic of Ireland are OK for Stealth PayPal (miss match names)? Tried Ulster Bank and AIB no joy. Or is there a service I can use?

Try Revolut/Monese (digital app banks), as you are in Ireland, you're eligible to open.

Monese works as far as I know.
Revolut should too.

I am not in Ireland but I want to register a PayPal account for Ireland.
Can I register for this digital app bank?

Also can you recommended a phone service I can use for the verification?
