Default Paypal cash/ Claim it

So i have several accounts that are all very well aged ( over 2 years old or more). But they just started getting hit with this paypal claim your money. Then when i click on it. It asks to either send to my bank account that is attached or keep in paypal balance. I've seen others post about this but couldn't get all the information in one spot for me to completely understand.

What do i have to do to keep doing business as usual. Do i have to transfer all funds out directly to my bank accounts right now ( i always kept over $100 in each account to pay fees/shipping and in case of returns)... I appreciate any help or guidance...thank you

so,if he wants to pay for shipping label,he cant use his Paypal fund ,does Paypal charge his credit card or bank account?
There is talk like if you link a saving account and it has 6 free withdrawals per month,he will be paying his bank a withdrawal fee after 6 labels?
My bank charges $1.50 per withdrawal .

Yes, Paypal will charge the next available payment source once your balance becomes unavailable as a payment source, which would be your card or bank account.

Your bank's fees are terrible. I've never paid for a withdrawal at any of mine. I think WF charges a small fee if you exceed 6 withdrawals from a savings account in 1 month. Then if you do that more than once or twice they'll convert your savings account to a checking account. But there's no reason you should exceed 6 withdrawals unless you just insist on using eBay or Paypal postage.

you get a small discount using Paypal and Ebay to print labels,USPS does not let us print first class shipping label, only Priority or Express.
so where can one find a site to print label free?
I understand stamps.com charges a monthly fee??

Pirateship doesn't charge a subscription fee and they give you access to all mail classes in Commercial Plus rates

I'm just with stamps.com bc I've been with them for a really long time.

Pirateship is amazing. They do a great job. I just wish creating returns was a little easier. Needing to add the address in settings dumb.

No. They're just making money through a partnership with USPS. Basically a referral program for postage software developers. Stamps.com/shipstation, endicia, easypost, pirateship, and all of the other online postage providers are operating through the same agreement with USPS. Some charge a subscription fee because they were the first PC-postage options (endicia/stamps.com), some charge a fee and justify it by offering extra services (shipstation), and some don't charge a subscription fee and provide just the basic essentials.

Stamps.com and shipstation both have software you can download. I don't think any of the free options do. So they have development costs to consider, I guess.

Here's pirateship's explanation of how they're able to be profitable without charging subscription fees: https://support.pirateship.com/getti...hip-make-money

My free tip of the day, You can still use balance to pay for ebay etc.. fees that are setup as recurring. Just leave the bank with a 0 balance or less than what paypal will request, when the transfer fails, paypal will pay it with your current paypal $$

Yeah but when the transfer fails Paypal removes your bank account.. and it's been getting harder to add bank accounts especially to older PP's.

Then you have nowhere to transfer all your payments.

Ah, I guess that's good to know.

I only pointed that out because I had PP attempt to pull a refund from an empty VBA a few weeks ago, and when the refund failed PP removed the VBA.

BTW do you safely use one SS account to pull orders from multiple eBay's? Or are you entering orders manually? or what?

never had that, maybe it was an echeck? i always keep a balance, so i never experienced that, as much as i hate paypal.I still abide by never withdrawing more than 50% of my balance at a time. Has always worked for me, and i never now let anything get above 1100 without splitting it.

never used pirateship or any other outside shipping before. Always just shipped through ebay/paypal. Do i have to sign up under each stealth account. Or do i just use my real name and use 1 account. No risk of linking anything this way is there? Not sure if that question makes sense or not. Let me see if i can explain better. I have 10-12 stealth accounts up and running. Is it safe to link 1 pirateship account to all of those accounts. And when im on each user account log into pirateship under my real name without linking? Just want to be cautious since this is new territory. Rather look foolish asking than ruin an account or several

Question makes perfect sense - and I've never been sure what's safe. I'm thinking about changing from stamps.com to pirateship now that I'm seeing pirateship has software that can link to eBay stores just like stamps.com does, lol.

What I did when I setup mine years ago was setup three stamps.com accounts. One for each of my business eBay accounts. Each of the three has exactly the same address and uses the same credit card to buy postage, so they don't "link accounts". I've talked with them about it and stamps.com doesn't care if you have multiple accounts. Anyway, each of the three imports orders directly from eBay when I click "import" and automatically posts back tracking numbers to eBay after printing. When I'm on each stamps.com account I make sure I'm logged into the correct VPN, just to be safe. Not sure if it matters.

Then for all my smaller accounts I just manually enter the order addresses into stamps.com, then go back into eBay and upload the tracking number. I've always been afraid to link more than one eBay account to a stamps.com account (but some here have said it's safe to do).

Since pirateship is free regardless, you might as well make one pirateship account for each of your eBay accounts and then you'll have a dedicated postage account for each eBay account. You'd be able to cut the time you spend printing shipping labels in half. Make all the pirateship accounts using your real info. Maybe a different LLC name for each or a variation of your name so you don't show up multiple times as the same person in their database.

Why doesn't everyone just buy postage from eBay's built in software? Am I out of the loop on this?
