Default Contacting Jeff

Hello,

I'd like to know if anyone here was able within the last 7 days to reactivate an account by contacting Jeff after a seller performance rejection of the utility bill, as I've sent several messages in the last month but no response came, usually it takes about 3 to 7 days to get an answer, but now it has been over 2 weeks for the opened accounts.

How much time should I leave between the messages ? are 3 days enough ?

Any emails to jeff usually take a while to obtain a response. 7-14days in my experience

Just be patient if nothing is received within 14-20days I would re send the escalation but I would not do it any earlier

Yep just be patient, normal to not hear anything for a couple weeks from the escalation team

If you don't see anything after 30 days, try reaching out again

From my experience, Jeff's team reply within a few days but I have also experienced response times up to 14 days.

This is exactly the issue, you guys keep emailing Jeff about every little issue, keep him as a last resort. They will eventually stop replying to all Jeff emails.

its crazy how we have to email jeff cause the department tasked with the job doesn't do its job.

The Jeff email is purely a escalated Seller Performance. You should only be contacting them after multiple failed appeals.

Jeff aint gonna do nothing!! Waste of time...I had several issues in the past and he didnt do nothing...He send same messages as the automated Bot did...

I’m leaning more towards what you’re saying.

It comes down to how good you are at dealing with issues yourself first then use the most important method as last resort.

Business is an emotional roller coaster.

I personally contact his email when the performance team give a final decision, and they say clearly that they won't reply to any future messages, and I send only once every 7-10 days ( lately they were answering within 8 to 10 days so no need to send earlier ).

I don't know about the rest of the people, but I'm technically keeping that email as the last possible solution.

I know, and by the way from an old personal experience, things will be way worse when you send to him before getting a final decision from the performance team.

Yup exactly, go as far with seller performance/other departments as you can before reaching out to jeffs department email

Once you get their final response, you usually can't go further
