Cancelled order, safe to relist and receive same amount payment

I sold an item, and a buyer paid. This item and amount hasn't gone through this PP account before. Then they wanted to cancel.

Im guessing this counts as a sale towards paypal, and i cant relist and receive same amount of payment as it will raise flags, and i just treat it as a sale and wait a couple weeks now?

It will count in PayPals eyes even if its refunded

As for how long to wait for a relist - that really depends on the value of the item and how risky it is etc.

Yeah i thought so, guess I'll have to wait and take it slow
