 Greendot blacklisted my phone number and ip address??
Whenever I try to open a new card with Greendot I receive an error message and when I call it immediately says "Welcome to Greendot, we are unable to assist you at this time." But I just logged in through a different ip address and it worked.. then I called from my husband's phone and that also worked. All my cards are working perfectly fine so I don't understand why they would blacklist my phone number and ip address? I wonder what is going on. I recently called them from a different country could that be it?
