Default Ebay Fees ?

I was selling a digital ebook, which was removed after 2 weeks of selling

I am a little pissed off as i was making money and ebay removed and stated it was not allowed to sell this

I have a debt of £50 to pay in ebay fees.

Can i talk to them and get it wiped clean because i was selling a virtual product

It really pisses me of that ebay removed a selling digital ebook because it is not allowes but the mother ****ers want paying for the same thing, they say is not allowed to be sold.

No you still owe them their fees. The listing would have been removed immediately if their bots picked it up sooner but it took them 2 weeks.

Their marketplace, their rules. You agreed to it when you created an account and accepted their T&C's

That is the case unfortunately.

You sold items and made money why would they clear your debt? That wouldn't make sense

You will only be charged fees for the items you sold so you will need to pay those fees.

OP is being rather childish, selling items not allowed to sell, collect the money but refuse to pay her fees.

You can always try talking to them but will they listen....

You would need to pay fees on things you sold.

a better argument would be-
I was selling an item not allowed on EBay,so why should Ebay collect a fee?
but to be fair to all parties, she should cancel the order and refund the buyer,so no one gets anything ,not her,not ebay ,not her buyer.

50 GBP fee,OP must have sold 500 GBP worth of digital goods,so cough up !
Without Ebay, where would you collect 500 GBP?
