Reduced search visibility for sellers who use a retailer to ship directly to buyers

Sellers who use retailers or marketplaces to ship directly to buyers are in violation of our drop shipping policy and will be lowered in search results, giving sellers who own their own inventory or drop ship from wholesalers greater search visibility.


so my question is how they know dropshippers from search results?!!

It's very easy for eBay to tell which sellers are shipping their own orders and which sellers are dropshipping. It's obvious in many ways from the backend point of view they have.

it is about time Ebay takes action.
You can spot these sellers from miles away,listings after listings with stock photos,some are even based in Spain,Israel,Indonesia claiming they are using AMZN FBA,yeah sure!!

may be the stock photo copied from other sites?
could be the return address?
could be past orders ,that they never print shipping label on ebay or paypal and the tracking number they upload come from AMZN,WMT,Jet,COSTCO.
Could be how they handle returns and disputes,they send you a label to return to Costco,WMT,Jet,AMZN??
OR seller is in Indonesia or Israel but ship from USA??CLOTHSPIN,mousepad,toilet paper etc
