Managed payments = Adyen, yes.
When they transition everyone over to Managed Payments, all your payments will come through that. People will be able to PAY with all sorts of different methods, but your payments will come from eBay and go directly to your bank account.

Have you tried and failed to pay a seller that's already using managed payments? With as many old people that use prepaid cards online out of paranoia, I'd be surprised if eB is blocking them all in managed payments.

Alright cool.
Well if you happen to try paying a seller who's using managed payments (now that you remember the card) it would be cool to know if it works or not. Jus sayin.

Question- would AYden access our bank account in case of a bad dispute or chargeback if seller lost

Last I checked in January, visa gift cards did NOT work. I was trying to pay for eBay shipping supplies through the managed payment system. Someone else confirmed the same issue.

And what's this commit to buy shiit? Paypal is the ONLY option. Not even an option, just pre-selected for you.
I backed out of it, then went to checkout and it will let me pay with a card or whatever, but I LITERALLY CANNOT remove it from my cart! Since I have committed to buy it, I have to contact customer service to remove it. Yeeaahhhh, phuck that! | The Following User Says Thank You to ebaystealth1974 For This Useful Post: | |

Amazon to Ebay is now a perm ban. Game over for many sellers.
Drop shipping, where you fulfill orders directly from a wholesale supplier, is allowed on eBay. However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed.

Chinese sellers do not ask WMT,AMZN,JET.COSTco TO ship for them, they have access to Chinese factory surplus, wholesalers,or their own stock if they have a retail shop.
I have heard Ebay has a warehouse which provides FBA for big Chinese sellers, but some said no such thing?
