I can't make a Transaction

Hello Guys!

I'm facing a problem when I'm trying to send money via PayPal.

Here is the error :



I have two paypal accounts and all of them are showing me the same error, when I try to send money to someone, I also can't use them to purchase something online, Please if there's anyone who have had the same problem before and fixed it, Please Help or Advise.

This can be a common error when you try to send a payment from a new account. How old are the accounts?

No, It's a Moroccan account, and I don't use any VPN

I have Two Accounts,
One is about 2 months old
and one is fresh, Just 1 week ago

Build up some solid browser history / cookies on the accounts and then start with small ammounts

leave them for 7 days and try to make a transaction with smaller sum

Keep logining into the account from the same browser and clicking round. Give it 5 days and try again

Emmm, I want to Get Rid of the money in the accounts, they're stealth and I don't have their Documents + I'm using them with eBay. Afraid of getting limited and asked about Docs

its fresh account.just send smal amount daily in ur account and try sending money after 72 hours.

So I shouldn't send big amounts when the paypal is fresh

No, that will make PP nervous. Stick to small ammounts to start with

The fresh account won't let me send even $0.10.

Let it rest for 72 hours before you try to send something again.

That's because you tried repeatedly to send payments and are continuing to do so without letting the account rest at all. You have raised some serious red flags with your suspicious behavior. Continue this way and you risk having the account limited.
Just drop the whole thing for a few days and try again next week.

Follow slokors advice op he knows what he’s talking about wait atleast 3 days but continue logging in and logging out to build up your cookies but don’t try to send money again for atleast 3 days!!!!
