I am a droppishipper of amazon, and ebay asked me these documents as shown in the screenshot, and I do not know what to do? please help

this is the new Ebay policy,you must show you have the items in stock.
a paid invoice from your supplier-manufacturer/wholesaler NOT a retail receipt from Bestbuy,Macy or Walmart. or Costco or Jet.com or SAM or Wayfair

Not much you can do.
Either give them the documents theyre asking for or move on to the next account.

They want PROOF of inventory or supplier-manufacturer/wholesaler invoices/PO's and the like. They DO NOT want retail receipts.

If you have bought your merchandise from manufacturers or wholesalers,you should have the invoices,or not ,call and ask them to resent a copy
