I took his service for an inauthentic item suspension and would not recommend anyone to work with him. He is nice and responds fast on Skype, but his service is very bad.
I have some experience with appeals and I saw that the strategy/ appeal he provided had some weaknesses. I asked him two times to change it, but he didn't do it and just told me he is an expert and I have to trust him and it will work.
So I submitted the appeal and unfortunately it not only did not reactivate my account, but instead it made my suspension much worse than before. After taking his service my chances to reinstate the account dropped to nearly 0.
Afterwards, I asked him for a refund as the service has done the exact opposite of what it should do, but he did not give me a refund.
If anyone considers taking his service please message me and I can tell you more in detail what went wrong in my case and show proof for it.
