Not quiet a restriction as such, but can you resolve the issue where ebay ask for more documents and proof etc? They accept that fine but the bank account i have attached they don't like it as its an "internet bank" and want me add high street bank. I only have this brand of bank accounts so can't change it.

I do not understand where is the transparency in this forum, there was someone who posted that the guy took the money and never responded and his post was removed with out any clarification from both parties, I think that is absurd

I remember it too, but maybe he got refunded and issue solved and agreed to delete the post? That would make sense.

This forum has extremely clear rules and guidelines that every marketplace seller must follow here. Additionally, there are full-time moderators to mediate any disputes between buyers and customers. To be able to provide any service on the forum, all candidates must also go through the vetting process to ensure they can deliver their services as described. All of that creates safe and professional trading environment, making this forum one of the best of its kind.

There was a comment stating that we have stole one of our customers payment for the service, and of course being forum members for the past 6 years we are absolutely in no position to do that. We have ensured that the buyer is 100% refunded, moderators of the forum have also verified that refund was issued. Therefore that comment qualified for the removal from the thread as all of the requirements were met.

We have also agreed to make it right with the customer who initially posted on our thread. And the customer is completely free to post on our thread anytime again if something in our story does not add up.

I followed duab's instructions on treating the account after reinstatement, but that didn't work.
