I am dealing with the same suspension as of right now with one of my stealth shops - I don't think there is any way to get the account back but I am really hoping Amazon will eventually release the funds. Has anyone had this suspension and not had funds released after the 90 days? That is my main concern

If AMZ decides it wants additional info such as invoices and you are unable to provide it, then you will not get the funds released after 90 days.

Once decisions are final, its essentially a kiss of death.

Certainly feels like that - very rare cases of success exist but not without very heavy efforts

Your buyer could have reported you when he sees the return address of that store,is it Target,Kohl's?
Many small brick and mortar retailers sell on AMZN
No, we did not use Target,Kohl's, it was smaller/lesser known store.

Fair enough - tools can be risky if brand names used

It may be smaller and less known to you,but not to AMZN.
What is the return address, and does this smaller and lesser know store also sell on AMZN?
Worse,is it using FULLFILLMENT BY AMZN.?

This is such a grey area, every business is dropshipper in some aspect, although granted there is a difference between holding your own stock and sending via third party, but business is about being a 'good middleman' , isnt it?

If you could get some paperwork from your suppliers that you can hold stock, but they work closely with you and have offered you the use of their fast-track shipping service, as you do such good business with them?

In that way you are a part of the business, so its not dropshipping technically is it? :D

Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed.

Why did this happen?
We took this measure due to your violation of Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801, and your violation of the Amazon Drop Shipping policy https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410.

any chance to get this account back?
Have you resolved this issue yet? I am facing the same problem. I hope you can reply and provide some insights. Thank you.

I've successfully appealed my dropshipping accounts multiple times. It's not the end of the world. Definitely work on a back up account while you're trying to get one reinstated, make use of your down time.
