Amazon suspended my account.
Then I send them my appeal letter via email. Then I did get an email that they would have a more detailed appeal letter to get the account back.
I replied to them but since 03/01 I didn't hear anything from them.
Should I resend it to them? Or is it a bad idea to send something again because then they block you or will not read your messages?

One of my US accounts was suspended on the 26th. Suspended because account had 0 feedback but 60 sales. They asked for plan of action which I submitted immediately, thinking that that would help. Got a response to that saying "your account is still under review. We ask for your patience while buyers leave feedback for you. We will send you an email when our review is complete. Until then, we may not reply to further emails about this issue."
That response was on the 28th. Account still suspended and I'm waiting for their response.
Same situation here except mine happened a week before Christmas. Still no replies as of today but I got a feeling that it will get resolved soon as Amazon just opened Toys for new, non-FBA seller, signaling they are a bit less busy. Just my 2cents.

Yes my account was suspended on 31/12 and contact them with a plan of action and invoices etc. but then I did get arroyo to focus on the plan of action and i should go more in detail then I would get my account back. But since 01/04 they didn't reply.
I also have 100% feedback and not any returns or AtoZ within one year
No I send them yesterday the appeal letter again. And they just wrote back they will review the account and will send me an email when they are done :(
I would not suggest resending the same appeal as it will count as another appeal out of the limited appeals you get, sending another appeal would also push you back to the bottom of the queue, and will take longer in the end..
I would sit tight and wait it out, you cant really speed it up..

I got a response after about 30 days. They reinstated my account but with a 14-day rolling reserve. It went from review to suspension to reinstatement. I had to send them a plan to get reinstated.

Thanks, when initially suspended what was the message? was there any mention of funds being available after 90 days?
