Default pq asin review

I keep receiving emails from "pq-asin-review" in regards to complaints about products that I am selling ( we identify buyer complaints regarding the condition, description and authenticity of products. ). I sell big brand consumer electronics.

Granted, all items are authentic, and I'm able to provide our original manufacturer invoices for every claim.

Heres my question:

If I keep receiving these claims, even though I can verify the original source of the product and the ASIN is relisted. Will the account still become suspended ?

Yes more complaints means more work for Amazon and they don't like extra work

Maybe other seller making complaints becarefull

How many complaints is the "nail in the coffin"?

Would the better approach be to remove these ASIN (s) all together? These ASIN(s) are not worth the headache.

It's totally down to person who review your account and how strong your account is on New account one complaint cause suspension

Batter not to sell it's batter for long term if you really care about your account

Product Quality Team operates much different than Seller Performance. Amazon as a whole is an extremely quant driven company, however, PQ is made up of a bunch of bots, both literally and in a joking manner regarding their personality types.

A + B = C | This is is how PQ operates. Seller Performance may choose to do a "deep dive" after one inauthentic complaint. PQ has their policies that they do not stray from. If a competitor is consistently filing complaints regarding an ASIN of yours and PQ is handling it, keep feeding them the legit invoices and I promise you that you will be able to sell it until the end of time.

In less than 100 words, PS-ASIN-Review are under Seller Review team.

Less than wanted reaction by the seller could be fatal to the account.

A bot will always flag you for whatever the software engineers program the bots to flag a seller for. Once this happens, the human element comes into play. A human always is responsible for suspending a seller. Amazon has not become that brutal, yet. A human reviews the invoice and they are trained to look at nine points of an invoice AND utilize their raw opinion on whether or not your invoices are acceptable. There are formats that these people who review them just eat up and never question. Learn what they are and feed them to them whenever asked.
