Ridiculous suspension on sellers account
We have had a legitimate sellers account on Amazon for close to 6 years. We have NEVER had a policy violation of any type, ever.
Two weeks ago, Amazon asked us for a copy of an invoice. We provided them with a copy of the invoice from the OEM supplier.
We than received an email that our selling privileges have been removed because they believe we manipulated an invoice.
I went to our supplier, they confirmed that they received a call from Amazon and really could not understand the caller because of their poor English skills. The day after their phone call is when we received our suspension.
Since than, we have had the supplier send an email to seller-performance-policy from their official email address stating that we are an authorized distributor and did purchase the products from them.
I am about ready to submit our appeal, but have conflicting information.
Should it be short and sweet, refer to the suppliers email they sent directly to Amazon and also include it in our appeal.
The other approach is a two page Plan of Action addressing it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Its unfortunate that Amazon does not value their third party merchant enough to even remotely try to address an issue before someone in Bangladesh can suspend you 7 figure selling account, from their couch...
