3 reviews he has...ok then, buy a few product, leave bad reviews, the business will never get any sales after that...
If you are caught then you will lose your account though, so be careful
anyone can copy you anyway, this drunk guy or a random person anyway........

Then he will have an edge over him. Trademarks are about who register first, not who comes up with the idea.

@OP:

I would rather advise you to just forget about it. If someone with 3 sales or something is making you worried, you need to find a new product to sell!
