If you are caught then you will lose your account though, so be careful
anyone can copy you anyway, this drunk guy or a random person anyway........

Then he will have an edge over him. Trademarks are about who register first, not who comes up with the idea.


@OP:

I would rather advise you to just forget about it. If someone with 3 sales or something is making you worried, you need to find a new product to sell!
