Default We were unable to verify the identity document you provided.

Hi guys.

Have an issue submitting real docs for the new US acc. The quality of the scan is good, language is good, Payoneer is good too. What is the problem? Do I need to keep submitting the same docs until they accept them? Please advice. Thanks a lot.

Keep submitting until they accept.

If you ask the seller forums, they give you the run around, wrong format, not-English, blurry, and general useless information that one would have already checked. They'll probably belittle you and side with Amazon as if Amazon is never mistaken.

There has been cases where it took almost a dozen attempts of submitting the same doc for amazon to finally accept it. They will throw at you every excuse, such as not all pages are shown, its not legible, etc when this is not true. They are retarded.

They are lazy kumars and Apu's who are probably too lazy and are just clicking the not-pass button to keep their employee metrics up so they can quickly get to the next ticket. This is the norm now a days.

Amazon is unreliable and their actions are reckless. Keep submitting, id suggest try changing the name of the doc, file size and format as well as the contents of your text. It may give a different response.

Thanks a lot. So I just submit the same docs again and again until they accept? Will amazon limit my attempts? Beautiful said I will have 1-2 attempts only and then will have to make a new store and try again.

You will have around 3 to 4 attempts before they totally block

It depends on what exactly the loop is. In my situation, it took over 12 times to verify a new account. I had to resubmit the same utility bill. 50% of the time Seller Performance marks the case as answered and ignoring forcing me to open a new one. They're absolute slimy *******s.

The initial verification you only have 1-3 chances on average

If you are talking about utility/business license they usually give you more opportunities before they stop responding

Initial verification is not that difficult to pass, its all about the second

The most common time is immediately after the first part of verification after launching shop

You'll see the request in the email and in the performance notifications

Luckily you they only asked bill what if they ask ID? That will fail verification, seems like the bill never requested on your address in past and the card you added flag the Amazon system

Hey buddy long time no talk, glad your shop lasted several years without issues. There is a risk these days for updating the card on file, that is why shops now have a 4-5 year VCC.

There's a few things you can do to avoid triggering this issue that is included in our updated guide. I got your email as well, I have already replied with additional info + tips/advice on how to resolve your issue
