7 days looks like its not a big deal, but sometimes when you just need the cash and you have to wait 7 days its actually longer because it take 6 - 10 business days for money to shown in account so it really 7 days + 6-10 days. You could just endup easily waiting 14 business days. Holiday period only slows it. less business days.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Yes we all have to vent once in awhile but that is all you do. Grow up man.
Accepting this from amazon is accepting theft. Because a corporation has an unethical policy towards its sellers then it deserves to be petitioned against for change. Petition & protest are moral obligation. I found this idea when i'm america that corporations and individuals have the right to essentialy hold hostage and exploit strange. But things are changing now with tHis occupy movement.

When you go to hit the dispursement button, hit the button that says "why" and it will take you to the old dispursement page where you can get the full amounts.

Actually Amazon is letting you sell on their website as a service to you. They can change and modify things as they see fit. It is in the terms and conditions when you sign up for a seller account. Yes it sucks. But coming on hear crying about it isn't going to solve anything. If you don't like how a corporation does business then don't do business with them. Plain and simple.

Here is a response a seller recieved in response to the unavailibilty of their Disburse button:

Dear Seller, Thank you for contacting Amazon Seller Support, As an Individual Seller, you get paid in disbursement cycles - the Individual is every 14 days, the Pro-Merchant - in 7 days. As a new seller you do not receive your first payment, after the 14 days of your registration, they stay in a rolling reserve and are received after the next 14 days/7days disbursement cycle., As I see you have upgraded to a Pro-Merchant which means you received the disbursement after the initial 14 day reserve and in the next 7 day disbursement cycle. You registered on the 5 of Nov and received the disbursement on the 26 of Nov, that is exactly after 14 plus 7 days., As per the Manual Disbursement - this is an old feature that was available, to Individual Sellers, but as this option can be very easily miss used, in frauds it is no longer available for sellers., Thank you for understanding.

[QUOTE=shadowboy;291391]Here is a response a seller recieved in response to the unavailibilty of their Disburse button:

Guys, it very clear what is going on here, Amazon is covering their ass because they expect a ton of sellers to jump ship on dec 26th. They are afraid people will disburse and not ship items, hence it would be a big loss for them.

I have 3 accounts, one does about 4k/ month and it is fine( all legit products), I have another account that sells virtually nothing , maybe 200$/ month, both accounts are about a year old. Both accounts are in good standing and I can disburse daily.

My 3rd account is now under review, Ive done nearly 10 k in sales this month, and they've imposed a 7 day rolling reserve, not really a big deal, but I have cut down on my items there and put them on the other accounts.

So far no suspensions or deletions. Ive got about $1600.00 frozen as of today.

I have a question here, I have been in Amazon since last Year NOV, I have a pro merchant, but I can't never withdrawal money manually I want. Amazon always pays me ever 2 weeks. I check my account info and payment page, i never seen any buttons that allow me to manually withdrawal the money.

Also, each time I sold, I will get an email from amazon; sold and ship notification; in the bottom of the email says this payment will automatic deposit to your bank account 14 days from now after you shipped.why is that I am not be able to withdrawal my money earlier I want? Why I need wait 14 days not earlier.......thanks for any info.

If you read around the forums, in your position, I would be happy just to have a) the account nicely building rep and 2) access to your funds on a regular basis. Everything is relative and you are in a good position.

I have a 8 month old account, which has the button still, non pro merchant, (logs into the amazon.co.uk seller site) However, I have a newer one made this month that has auto cashouts every 7 days - and a ridiculous rolling reserve (£100 in reserve on £167 total) which logs into the amazon EU services site, dont know if this has anything to do with it?

I think they are goung to do away with the 3rd party selling (for smallsellers). It is just odd that the 26th is approching and alot of accounts are either suspended or taken down(all small sellers). They keep sending the email -give us you tax # or you will be SUSPENDED. Maybe they do not want to be bothered with the ssn/ein/tin nonsense that the corrupt govt has immpossed. face it all the canidates are just plain dirtbags except for ron paul! They are throwing him under the bus because they are just a bunch of idiots with no brailns.. He is Mr America and they know it.

Now with th e 1099 bush signed and obama finished . Two dirtbags that are only into corporate greed that is it. So now in 2012 instead of 3 class of people we have 2 working poor and the wealthy. The middle class is a now the working poor.

If ron paul did win and and became president then he would upset the applecart and get the middle class back on track and he can. He would disband the irs which would stop income tax on all americans. If you follow his policies then you would know he would be the next jfk but with out the filandering(lol) he would get the ball rolling here.

we will see.
