I need help. Amazon closed my account, but the money has stayed on it. I'm contacting amazon but they're not answering and my money is no where to be seen. First they said they'll return it after 90 days however that never happened. I don't know what to do, has anyone dealt with that? Does anyone know what I can do?

They are now starting to just block accounts. No email notifications or anything. That is why I continually screen shot my account when it has a high disbursement.
If you cant even log on, if you used a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name, and depending on why you got it blocked, I doubt you will get your money. Not like you can take them to court with a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. Thats why I always try to keep it similar to my real name.
If you end up calling them, use TALKATONE APP and or a pre paid phone. Dont give them any new information to link to a new account.

I have send a letter about the situation with all details and documents to the main place of Amazon in Luxembourg.
I also send a fax to the number that we have been told to use by a member of Amazon staff.

The account was made with my own personal details, my name, my address, not random or ⊗⊗⊗⊗ information. The account just randomly disappeared, as if it never existed. Also Amazon workers keep putting me off with the saying "You will get an answer in 48/72 hours" and after that time there is still no answer.

No they haven't gave a reason at all. When I went on and asked them why I cant log onto the account they told me that an email with the information will be send in 48 hours or something like that. I still don't know why because I have never received the email.
The only email I've actually received was that the money is on hold for 90 days and that the money will be returned after that time but that didn't happen either.
I've tried to sort the thing out through the phone too however there was no way of doing so. Once again they've told me that after x time there will be an answer or an email or something like that, unfortunately nothing came through.
When this happened to me even after the account was deleted i was getting emails from amazon to my registered email address with the odd customer that wanted to return the item etc.
But to answer the OP question. I have unfortunately had 2 amazon accounts become deleted, both times i have received the money.
It took a while and a few emails. the most recent one took 90 days + 14.

You have received the funds on a deleted account? How were you able to prove you had an account? screenshot? previously printed off invoices?

This month it will be a year since they blocked mine account and are in hold of my money. After the 90 days, straight away I began to contact them about when the money will be returned.
