Any suggestions to get US bank account online?

Hey, maybe you know systems that gives US bank ac**** to add on paypal? Something similar to payoneer

do you have a US social security number and a US address?

if you have a friend in US who would allow you to link his bank account to your Paypal account so you can transfer your Paypal fund to his bank account and trust him enough to remit say 90% or 75% of the fund back to you?
I dont know if this is even possible,linking a US bank account which is not yours and you are not in USA?

I looked at Amex,Greendot,Korger,Walmart,they all have monthly fees and misc fees.

why US bank account,it is the worst bank you want to link unless you are a US citizen or resident.

do you have HSBC bank account,in your country?

If you have SSN in your name and US address then can
If you stolen SSN then you don't have garanty withdraw without problems

Have you already got a solution? I don't know about your paypal, mine was allowed to add my US bank account. I can withdraw to the bank and then to my debit card/ATM.
