How to sell my online business for bitcoin?

Hi there,

I have my own profitable small online business (selling own software). And now I'm forced to sell it.
Is it possible to sell it for bitcoin? Where can I find people who would like to buy my business with crypto?

I’d go through the usual business channels and get a proper solicitor to facilitate the sale via a crypto escrow.

And by usual channels I mean actually listing your website on all the “sell my business online” ads and organic result platforms in Google to get aligned with buyers, then mention the method of payment after the fact once trust is built, with a good solicitor it should be fairly painless

The main issue will be convincing them and showing them how to setup Revolut (Coinbase can take a long time for KYC)

How does he know if you are not selling your software somewhere ?

With proper registration and contract info based on jurisdiction, it'll be easier to sell for cash - crypto buyers likely exist but ...still harder I'd say.

The software is your own as in self-produced and registered?

Yes, sure.
Since all the sources of business and software are open, I have to protect myself with crypto.

He gets a completely ready project with a domain name, control panel, etc., the code is written for this software. The buyer is completely protected since the final payment will occur after the complete transfer of the project. I'm not new to business and I always work honestly. I have many projects but I have to sell some due to lack of time.
These are good projects that can generate from $1900-$2100/month in part-time employment of the owner.

Almost all website software is open source, except when they want to more thoroughly encrypt the licensing process or they want to hide something.

I never encrypt my business projects, and the licensing process is well implemented.
Not encrypted product always attracts customers because they see what software they buy from me and can customize their site as they like and be sure that there are no backdoors, etc.
