UK 1000 ITEM EBAY ACCOUNT WITH SELLER FEEDBACK & NO HOLDs PREMIUM PAYPAL

My experience with this seller...

Bought Ebay and paypal package for £359.
First account provided did not work (could not login)
Second account provided did not work (could not login)
Third account provided had issues. Ebay account was blocked twice and I had to phone up to get it unblocked. Paypal account limited after making the first sale.

Before anyone has a go at me regarding stealth accounts etc... I have 3 stealth accounts running with no issues and this is the first time Im getting these problems with the account sold. The other 3 accounts were bought on this forum from another seller.

I was told that I will be refunded 15% for the inconvenience caused for the first 2 faulty accounts. I have requested this 4 times and still nothing.
Requested documents for paypal and 3 days later, nothing..

You sold something you shouldn’t have sold, got unlucky and got a document request. I did issue a partial refund yes as the there was an issue with the first account which was quickly replaced as I felt it was the fair thing to do

Documents have been emailed to you, but if you don’t have them that’s fine. All you have to do is drop me a message and let me know. Without being told I cannot know these things...
