Activity: 0% Longevity: 25% | | My Ebay Journey - Case Study
I'm writing this not just for me but for everyone else, maybe it will help others and it will also inspire me not to give up.
I started this journey November 1st and to be totally honest i had no idea what i was doing. I created over 100's of eBay accounts just to have them suspended a few hours later. - Talk about being disappointed.
I eventually mastered creating accounts after so many attempts to create accounts. My issue was that i was stuck on this "Let's Get As Many Items Up AS Fast As I Can Mindset".... eBay sure doesn't play well with that.
So here i am at my current state - I have 3 eBay accounts. Let's name them for our records.
eBay A - 500/$10,000 Limit
eBay B - 5000/$500,000 Limit
eBay C - 5000/$500,000 Limit
eBay D - 5000/$500,000 Limit eBay A - was suspended because i started out selling eBooks.. Total mistake and i admit that. But the theory was that i was able to actually list items on the account without a suspension - I WAS STOKED!
eBay B - C - D ( I totally started mastering eBay account creating - At-least i think i do? ) ... Well right now eBay B has 25 Listings - eBay C has 20 Listings - eBay D - has 2 Listings.
I created a custom tool that i am currently using to scrape around 100 different sellers products that have been selling for them. I been adding around 2-10 items per day on the eBay accounts. After i use my 50 FREE listings i will purchase a starter store or even a bigger store to cover my listing fees.
But i am also currently waiting to get some sales because it seems like every time i list items it takes a good amount of time for a review to happen it seems like before it will actually show. I feel like the eBay accounts are def in some kinda unstable state in-till sales start happening.
If anyone has any advice or questions please let me know. I am also located in the USA and targeting eBay USA.
Stay Tune For The Next Update On Wednesday! .. Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

You're probably going to kill all of these accounts. Turning and burning isn't viable at all for USA accounts in 2019, particularly because the Paypal's can't spend their balance. So to get any $ out you'll have to add a bank account and it's getting harder and harder to add bank accounts to stealth PP's. This is exactly the type of reckless activity eBay has been looking to get rid of.
Side note - shouldn't you be sending this to wikileaks instead of aspkin?

It takes money to make money.
She probably does not have any to buy merchandise/
So far she has sold nothing, when she does, and she cant use the sales proceed to buy the merchandies, her accounts would be suspended.
Time is better spent to find a real job.

its all about testing what works for you. it depends on the items you sell and what level of risk you are going to take
if you have tried 100s of accounts, you should have this formula down to an art and decide what is worth the risk and what is not

if one has time to open 100 accounts and scrape zillions of listings from ebay sellers, one should find a full time job, more rewarding and get a real paycheck

I am not too sure why everyone's so negative on my post lol.
regardless I am just sharing this info with everyone just so everyone can learn from my mistakes and if anyone has any advice to prevent my mistakes.
I will be dropshipping from amazon. I'm not too worried about PayPal? I already have around 5 bank accounts I can link to each PayPal account and i already have a script to logs into my PayPal and request any available funds over $100 each day to my bank accounts.
I heard the avg earnings per every 5,000 listings is anywhere from $50-$100 USD. so my goal right now is to do around 10 accounts at 5k items each.

just be careful, this amzn dropshipping game has been played out ,now both AMZN and Ebay frown on such practice,it is called retail arbitrage, taking money from Ebay buyer and go to AMZN to buy and make them do the shipping .
Ebay does not like it because your buyer will go to AMZN and find out he can get it for less,he could ask for return, making up some excuse it aint as described and/or give you a neg.
AMZN does not like it because prime is meant for you and your friends, not to run a business, prime shipping is expensive!and returns ??
also if AMZN runs out of stock,it makes you look bad, worse,if AMZN raises its prices and you fail to keep up with it,you end up selling for less and lose money or cancel the order and get a black mark from your buyer.
do your research, most of these AMZN,COSTCO,SAM'S,WAYFAIR items are already on Ebay.
My favorite one is SUSHI BAZOOKA!

So now everyone wants to scrape other accounts?
A local accountant told me he knows a person who arbitrage amzn/ebay and make $22K a month, average profit per order is 20 cents,so I asked do you mean $22k a year,he said no,it is $22k a month,20 cents profit per order.
It spreads like wild fire, everyone wants to get in and make $22k per month,do you have a story to tell,I bet many of you make more !

THere are software which one can subscribe, you tell it what categories you are interested in OR it will tell you and then it will copy these AMZN listings and adjust the price accordingly, like bump it by a certain %,it will keep an eye on these listings on AMZN,when it run out of stock or raise its price,it will then come to Ebay and adjust yours.
Then Ebay would not let these software run on Ebay.
Not sure if someone buys from you,it will place the order for you on AMZN or you have to do it yourself, you probably have to do it yourself or use another piece of software, cant imagine if AMZN will allow a piece of software to come in and log into a prime account and place hundreds of orders, too farfetched for this old school.
It is hard to believe,20 cents is the average,I am sure there are some which are more,20 cents is after all the fees.

But there is a country which AMZN does not do business in and some entrepreneur of that country will start a website featuring AMZN products without saying these are from AMZN.
Then at the same time,it will have a setup in a neighbor country where AMZN does business in,it will place the order for the customers, once received,it will then forward them.
It did very well, until one day AMZN refused to accept its giftcards, cant recall the rest?
