No need wait 30 days or something like that, you can be a new guy on eBay that decided to create seller account to list his used item right after you registered. It's totally allowed, nobody suspend you permanently for that. There are other things that suspend account permanently. Quote:

Like other similar services.. | Well I have another experience. I created few accounts this month with IP Burger and few accounts with mobile internet(5 fresh UK SIM). All accounts with with IPBurger got reinstated after 1st suspension, and only one got reinstated with real IP(SIM UK Internet).
