Offering 100-200 bucks for someone to walk me through the vcc cc’s and bank accounts for ebay.

If the stealth guide is the way to go, thats fine and ill do that.

As you can see in some of my posts from months ago i totally got screwed over
By ebay/paypal and my account is ruined after building it up for some time.

I am not quite sure what you're asking for? If you're looking for vcc's there are sellers in the marketplace who sell vcc. Same for ebay and Paypal accounts etc... The guide is a great start, and most sellers also provide a newer updated guide with an account purchase

VCCs/Bank accounts won't be enough anymore if you are still using new user accounts. Ebay can now detect you're using the same device.
