so i think i finally got it. I create my new paypal account and ad the bank # zip code and state, the rest of the information doesnt care so i fill it up with the paypal/ebay info.
Now wondering if i close the bank acc how can i cash out, i red about buying a card, but can i get cash back or just buy stuff?
