I was really happy that I upgraded my device to verizon jetpack which has alot better, and more stable connections compared to the verizon usb...but the jackpack is not letting me print any labels on ebay. It keeps showing ''connection has timeout'' while the internet is running perfectly.

eeeehh... I have a feeling it's not the jetpack. Have you tried printing to a pdf? You may need to clear cookies... restart the computer... etc... basic troubleshooting needs to be done before you rule it to be the jetpack.
Go to speedtest.net, and try out the speed. Because, it could be the jetpack. Try the other things first.

a lot of people are experiencing the same problem, damn right before I leave for London on Sunday. Is there any other way to print labels for stealth accounts? since the only dynamic ip device i have is not working = =
I talked to Verizon today and the gal gave me an idea of what to try to get the Jetpack to stop timing out on the labels. She said when you get to the screen right before the "Pay and Print" button, go into any website. I have done this twice now and it has worked both times!!! Right before I hit that button, I just went into "Google" and then right back to my label screen and clicked the button and it went right through. Hope it will help the rest of you.

This helps jetback communicates with the printer server(Pitney Bowes) I was able to print out few labels
rayray - i tried that one out and it didn't work for me. what browser are you using out of curiosity?
first edition- i wish but it is too late to return, i really hope to come up with a solution because it is annoying and in the long run it costs extra to buy postage from the post office
I called att to set up a personal hotspot on my iPhone and labels print out well now but i end up paying more money for the internet that i dont need. You can still return the jetpack to get the usb modern. Thats how i got my usb modern upgraded to jetpack for free, just tell them that everything is not working and they will send you a replacement with no extra cost
i think i have figured out a workaround, it's a little annoying but it might work. my question would be would you be able to be linked through the website?
just copy the address for the shipping label that pops up and email it to your home computer. the link will work on a regular connection and you can print it from there. will it be linked???
I have the same problem also with my Jetpack. I have opened up a USPS account on the USPS website. I manually add tracking info onto eBay & PayPal which is really annoying.
i have tried it with all browsers and today i spoke with verizon, they said other people reported the same problem and all they could do was open a ticket. the lady suggested that maybe it is not being allowed because the jetpack is a mobile device and there would be no reason for them to allow to download to mobile devices. it kind of made sense. she also said maybe there is some sort of block in the system that is blocking the site. if they respond to the ticket i will let people know

As someone that has a very, very intimate knowledge with verizon.... I suggest you return it for the USB modem while you still can, and escalate the issue to a manager to make them waive the restock fee.
