Nope mine all start at 10/$500 but under 2 months I get raises of $800 or 20 items already. I only set 2 auctions per account even my higher limits (and really stupid how ebay tells you on the phone that your limits go up after 90 days of your first sold items). That ebay logic!

But that's fine because soon I'll start having other items at least 4 new upcoming products so that's fine. With BIN so that's good. I take my time. I'm not hurting for money. I got savings if needed. I got my first dozen stealths to provide me money if I need it badly you know? So 2 to 3 months is fine with me. Plus I let the accounts age etc.

If you don't have discipline, and can't be patient then you will never make it in life. But that's just me. Everything comes in due time. Whatever you wish for, you will learn and within 1 year get use to it. Everything will be fine/okay.

(I see one error in your post that might cause you trouble, the Guide solves it. get off a few bucks and do it right. I have 10 stealth accounts and only had one problem (my fault)).
What are you suggesting my one error is? I have purchased the eBay stealth guide but still the account becomes limited to 0/0 for this month. I have purchased prepaid visa cards from Rite Aid and Navy Federal still same issue. Suggestions?

I always age my accounts at least 20 days, usually 90. I currently have over 90 accounts aged this much. Just sitting locked and loaded.

Do you post anything for sell on them after 45 days by any chances just to get rid of this MC999 I keep reading about? So that later on down the road should things change your still good to go?

I certainly do. I usually list an item within the first couple of weeks, sometimes I try and force the MC999 just to get it out of the way (I can then turn it in to a high limit account 100/5000) and sometimes I just let it ride.

How many accounts do you guys actively sell on at a time?

I haven't listed anything in over 3 years, but this is my plan:

My goal is to make 30 stealth accts (1 acct/day for 1 month).
By the time all 30 are made, I start back at the first account made and turn each one into a seller account and sell 1 item per day.
I will go down the list of accounts and sell 1 item everyday on all 30 accounts and continue to cycle them in this fashion. I next month I may increase to 2 items.

If I am able to sell 2 of my items over 30 accounts. The profits will be pretty significant.

Anyone function kinda sorta this way?

I've decided I need to take a different approach this time around. I used to aim for high sales per account, but now my goal low sales but spread over many many accounts. Hopefully my new approach is effective.

I sell on 35 actively because I have VPS servers so I want them to earn money to pay it off each account. I got 8 more to do auctions. I deleted 3 cause I got sick of doing these and don't need more accounts. As ebay is filling with scammers who are ranking top and I won't be able to compete with this in another year or 2 for sure. So I got other products I'm looking at and so far so good. But the shipping costs from here will kill me on the profits in the long run.
