Nope. Most of the negative feedback I have ever received unfairly have been from people with 0-10 feedback. If someone really wants to buy something, they will contact me and I will send them an invoice.

What i really hate is
The 2 year old account buyer with ZERO feedback, scares the crap out of me. BLOCK!
It mostly depends on the item, if you are selling electronics information, do not sell to them. If you are selling a high dollar item, forget about it.

Just to clarify:
(1) Personally, I've never had a significant problem with a low score bidder, knock on wood. You can block buyers who have negative scores (as well as other criteria) from participating, but you can't block buyers with 0 feedback. However, if you're listing is in standard auction format, you can cancel anyone's bid anytime you want. If it's a fixed price listing, then you have the option of requiring immediate payment. Personally, I don't like to do this, as I don't like to pressure buyers or seem overly anxious for payment. Still another option with a fixed-price listing is to list the item at a price that's both higher than eBay market value and more than the price you really want to sell it for, but accept best offers. That way, you can really pick and choose whom you sell to.
(2) A buyer can't file a claim the day after he/she pays for an item.
(3) It's extremely sound advice, IMO, to try to avoid fights, insults, etc., whenever possible. Based on many stories I've read, it's incredible the lengths that both buyers and sellers are willing to go to, very often over small items / low amounts of money. I mean I'm a pretty low volume seller, but I'm still trying to run a business. I don't have time for stuff like that. It's not worth my time nor my energy nor possible damage to my reputation, all of which, BTW, can translate to loss of money in the end.

I had a scammer tried to scam me thinking id ship him the item with out pay LOL
I may have seemed new but i defenitely been around the block especially ebay
Well he said he was going to report me to paypal
I waited and nothing lol i relisted the item

There's quite a few that are truly mean-spirited dirtbags.
They often have several other accounts (called socks),
which they use to agree with themselves.
If you don't, or if you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time,
they will attack you, and try to find a way to damage your rep and your biz.
A common tactic (besides bidding on your items) is to report a bunch of your posts through various alter-egos.
This got me shut down indefinitely, including my primary ID.
(Which I only posted to groups with)
This is not to say that you should roll over and take it without lube,
but you have to pick your battles wisely............

Everyone starts at zero. Sure, they might not have a full understanding of how eBay works. I have an email set up, so when I see a person has feedback lower than 10 I send them the email which explains the feedback system and what to do if they have a problem.
This I have found has resulted in more people contacting me before leaving bad DSR/Feedback.

Overall 0 Feedback Buyers are Slightly Riskier, But it really depends on the Item your are selling.
a 0 feedback buyer buying your Playstation3 for $300.00 is FAR Riskier than a 0 Feedback buyer buying your cell phone screen Protectors for $0.10

I have listed some items for sale on ebay, when 0 feedback bidder bids on my auction I cancel his bid and block him immediately. So far I have avoided many hassles like that. Ebay is where sellers have the power! You sellers should use your power of cancelling bids and blocking buyers more! I also noticed that 0 feedback bidder bid a crazy amount of 1111 GBP on my item(I got to know that after I cancelled his bid). So that one was never going to pay anyway...

And by the way if you cancel someones bid and block him better do it in last minutes of the auction, then they don't have enough time to make another ebay user and bid again on your auctions! So be clever also!

i've had 3 buyers not pay with 0 feedback, i set my buyer requirements to a minimal 10 plus feedback. Just takes away the pain in the ass of having to cancel the transaction and that waiting game before you can re list

I had a buyer with less than 10 FB bid twice as much as the BIN price. He bid way more than I ever expected an auction to go that high. He pays immediately and then after he uses my item for a week says he made a mistake, can't use it and returns it. This is the only one in over 2 years.

I haven't personally had any problems with people with 0 feedback. I once even helped along a seller who's first buy it was and he was very thankful and paid up after I'd explained what to do.
I don't see it as a major problem as some are just genuine guys..or stealth accounts making their first buy haha!
If an item doesn't get paid for it's a very brief inconvenience just takes pressing relist and regaining the final value fees. Just don't start a flame war as jerseykat1 said...Couldn't be more right about that, bored losers at home will leave you alone if you don't rise to their spamming/swearing (That also includes writing a sarcastic, up-your-own-arse speech making them seem like an R-tard)

I don't restrict buyers/bidders with 0 feedbacks because I've know that every1 has to start somewhere plus I just turn on auto report buyers/bidder who don't pay within 2 days....

Unfortunately , there is no setting that can block a buyer based on feedback alone, except if they have a score of -1 or lower, but 0 is ok
But if you raise all the other preferences , like block buyers without verified paypal, who had 4 unpaid cases within ( and u choose 4 months,6m,)
Block buyers that are bidding or have purchased more than ( ) and u fill in there in a 10 day period
Set everything high and if someone gets blocked and is legit , they will contact you and you can make the decision
