Your payouts are currently on hold while we conduct a performance review
Dear Seller,
Your payments are on hold, pending completion of a performance review. We will release the funds when the review is complete. You may continue to list and sell on eBay’s platform during this time.
Performance reviews help keep eBay a safe and trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers. We may conduct a review based on a variety of different factors such as increased customer claims, a sudden change in your selling pattern, late deliveries or negative buyer Feedback. Funds placed on hold during a performance review ensure that there are enough funds to refund buyers in the event of a dispute. We appreciate your cooperation. Please continue to fulfil orders and maintain your seller standards.
No any MCxxx, no additional emails, no any timeframes given, account not having a silent kill as for now... how long to wait?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!

Item delivered with signature, customer happy, positive feedback received. I contacted customer support to ask when will be the payout, they said they see that all cool, and manually released the money. I noticed date of scheduled payout (next day) and went for a sleep. But during the night, this message arrived and payout date disappeared.
Re: Your payouts are currently on hold while we conduct a performance review
I’ve had over 10 accounts receive this message around 12am right before they send the payout. Within 24 hours some get MC011. The accounts that passed the 24 hours eBay lifts the hold after 5 days. What triggers this is sudden increase in selling activities and late shipments. I’ve had over 11k on hold when I received this message I couldn’t explain the anxiety I had between those 5 days.
