So, which is better? having a dutch private and listing in germany (but 9 unit per item) or, a dutch commericlal but listing location in netherlands?
I tried with a asia account, listing location germany and BAMM immediately delisted , and ebay ask me for f22
It deponds on your items various and how many items to sell. Just remember, if you account is suspended and want to have anappeal, for a private seller, you have to upload ID, Address , while business account, plus business registeration paper.

So I had created over 10 Dutch Ebay accounts from Sep. and here are the 2 test results:
1. Dutch Ebay account, private account, item location in Germany or THE NETHERLANDS, you have 300 free fee listings in DE site, and each listing can list max.9 pieces. If you sold out of 9 pieces, you have to create new listing of the same item.
2. Dutch Ebay account, business account. To sell in Germany site, item location must be in The Netherlands (otherwise EBAY will ask you to upload the VAT papers) , you can sell as many pieces of items as you want in each listings. And there are only 40 free fee listings. Just remember the turnover of a year is less 100 000euros a year and then you are good to go.
It is getting harder to create new accounts worldwide , so do Dutch EBAY accounts. Mostly EBAY blocks you while you create the first listing and asks you to upload the proof of ID,address and item receipt or invoice. So you need to have them in hands. If you have them, 100% the accounts can be restored. Meanwhile, I tested to create new DE accounts, only 50% accounts can be restored.
So lets move into Dutch accounts!
Is it still working for you? I just tried with a Dutch account and got banned right after the first listing.
And it looks like it's impossible to restore, whenever I try to speak with them they just they tell me that I am banned and nothing else. Maybe I could try the live chat in ebay.co.uk?
