I sell real items on a real account for the past 9 years. Top rated seller. These people are insane. I have no idea what I actually did, because you can't actually talk to the people that decided this.

You can only be connected to the useless Philippine call centers, that are clueless. They sent me a list of 30 items they want tracking numbers for. 25 of them, weren't even sold....

They want me to get ALL my cases closed before appealing. Item not received. BUYERS REMORSE returns. Paypal cases, of people that lost on ebay, but decided to try their hand on paypal anyways. Paypal takes forever with cases. Returns take forever, unless you just refund the guy in full without requiring the item back.

I have no idea what to do.

I have 2 other smaller accounts, but my items are pretty freaken niche, so it's been very hard to spread it around any further without people saying " oh hey, that's the same guy selling the same things, isn't it...".

I'm more afraid of my competition noticing and telling ebay, then just ebay noticing.

I'm in a similar situation. Our eBay accounts are temporarily on hold. We had a number of missed shipping dates as we were fixing a supply issue. One of our accounts was flagged, and it temporarily put on hold the other accounts. They want proof of ID, product invoices and all outstanding buyer requests fulfilled. We have most of this done, and should get the accounts back, but my main issue is the time frame. By the time the remaining tracking and orders are in, and then the paperwork reviewed, we will be in dire need of income.

If anyone has an inside ebay contact (or is an inside ebay contact) that can take care of reinstating accounts please message me.

My accounts has been restricted a few days ago. I have used ebay for selling for about 5-6 years. I do not sell high risk goods (only women's clothes) and my sale is not huge.

I did something stupid and opened another account using identical information (all real and legit), because i thought multiple accounts were allowed. I transferred lots of mine listings to the new account, ebay found out and banned me from selling. Mine main account was also restricted because they are linked.

Ebay has sent me an email asking for tracking numbers or buyer feedback for all my sold items. I sent just over half of my items using large letters, so no tracking numbers, but i do have proof of postage. I have messaged all my buyers to leave feedback. I only had one 'item not received' case, but it was tracked, showing the ebay's packlink lost my parcel. From reading information here, I don't know if this will make any difference.

multiple accounts ARE allowed. You must have done something specifically wrong.

Another user commented on listing the same products on both accounts. I guess that was the cause.
