Honestly best way to start a new eBay Stealth account from my experience is to buy a few things. Even if they are 1 or 2$ items. Let the account sit for a while. Then list some used clothing you have for .99 cents or something until you get a few feedback as a seller. Now days with Paypal or eBay you do anything and they freeze your accounts.
