Where can I find Credit/Debit card accepted by PayPal?

Hi stealths, I have an EBay with PayPal for 3 months. My PayPal require me to add credit/debit card each time I wanna order something like Vultr.com (VPS). I think paypal wanna identify me through card because I added PrePaid card when I register.
Where can I find that card :D Or Any seller here ?

But paypal require me enter Debit/Credit only, prepaid can solve this ?

So you don't have any credit card or bank account attached to it?
YOu used a VCC to verify this account?

Seems like that's the case since they are asking you for a source of payment

I used a MasterCard prepaid to verify my account. But when I try to pay at some site, paypal still require me debit/credit to complete transaction
