They only ask your DOB when you open an account to check you are of age to sell on etsy.
Maybe your right, but it seems a bit strange to me none the less that they cannot see or store it.
Is there anything that confirms that?
Have you seen the stealth etsy guide? It sounds too good to be true because its so much easier than people think to open new shops, most people massively over complicate it with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ IDs and stuff. Etsy can't store or save most info from shops - just has to be done in the right way.

I wanted to purchase the stealth account guide, but the support team told me that this guide doesn't cover etsy steps there.
