I dont think you understand. He is listing sold items that he does not have. Im not sure if you understand the agreement we had. He is listing close to 20k worth of things, waiting for payment to hit payo and take off.

Exclamation Re: Seller: ahmaed is a con artist *beware*

"To bring the full truth to light, here is exactly how this user exploited my account, violated our agreement, and is now trying to evade his financial responsibilities:

Empty Promises & Exploitation: For a long time, he kept making empty promises that he would generate high sales to cover the minimum rental fee. He used my established account to sell his own products, made a profit, and kept stringing me along with false assurances.

Damaging the Account (Disputes & Chargebacks): He severely damaged my account's reputation and health. Because of his negligence, the account received multiple buyer disputes and 'Item Not Received' cases. He got his money, while my account took the devastating hits to its metrics.

Financial Manipulation: He intentionally withdrew the account balances at the end of every month, leaving no funds so I couldn't deduct the agreed-upon rental fees. He pocketed 100% of the revenue while leaving me with the risk and zero rent.

The Current Absurd Claim: Now that I have finally deducted the outstanding rental fees, he is panicking and changing his story. His claim that 'the account belongs to eBay and not to me because he has been selling on it for a long time' is completely absurd and legally laughable.

By that broken logic, if someone rents an apartment for a few years, they can suddenly claim it's theirs or the city's, just to avoid paying rent.

This is a clear-cut case of an ungrateful contractor who exploited my asset, ruined its standing, evaded his fees, and is now throwing a tantrum because he got caught and cut off. I will not tolerate this fraud or his public defamation."

https://ibb.co/VY8qbmh9-- look here, he got 7 INR cases with a warning on the account!

It sounds more like he's trying to salvage an account that you nearly got shut down.

You're right that I don't know the whole story but I'm doing my best to keep up. That's why I said on the first page that both sides sound fishy.

He caused the damage by restricting access. I had an INR i had to add tracking for after reshipping. I had orders i needed to ship that he caused to be late. Lastly, i shipped items i have yet to be paid for because he wont release the 3k

When the money was being held, why did you keep selling? Just wondering.

But you had enough access to post a screenshot showing a transfer a few days ago, your story keeps changing, almost as if you've realised nobody cares about your 'he doesn't own the account' narrative, and you're moving the goal posts.

I'm going to come straight out here and say what i think, based on the evidence in this thread, you're a bully, a snitch, and the scammer in the story.

You've not shown any evidence that Ahmaed is a scammer, if you have any, lets see it, until then....

TEAM AHMAED!

Seems like he only "restricted your access" because it was a joint venture and he noticed that your activity was about to get the account shut down. You bringing up medical problems as an excuse earlier in the thread basically confirms that you know the account fell behind because of your selling activity.

What's this you keep saying about him keeping your listings up without being able to fill the orders? I'm curious about the rest of the story on that.

Because i told him 10% is the only split i will agree to and he read and acknowledged it and i kept selling. He turned the account and the deal we had longstanding into a forceable and malicious operation knowing well enough that i had hand surgery and could not operate like before. It was a shake down.

Yes, he erased everything on tel after that screenshot. The only one who moved the goal post was him. We agreed to 10% only. He held my money over months!

I have no reason to come on here and kick up dust, i have been a member since 2008 and that is just not my MO.

Maybe i am not clear here: the account was well 100%. He was dissatisfied with the amount i was selling. My surgery did not stop me from fulfilling orders for items already listed on BIN. It stopped me from listing anything new. He restricted access and deliberately caused late orders by not allowing me to print labels. INR claim was not address because of this too. His new plan became, ok, ill list a bunch of stuff i dont own or plan to ship, once all these payments hit payo, ill head for the hills.

I wouldn't really expect them to be able to claw back anything for you but good luck. Are you sure he didn't list a bunch of things he intended to dropship? A big shift in selling activity like what you're saying he did would trigger payment holds again (assuming the account was getting instant payments already) so he wouldn't even get paid until buyers get the orders.

He talks about many things, first about the account is not mine. Later, I list items to destroy my account! and then took his money. Honestly, I have no idea what he is up to here.

How could he dropship items that are long gone? 7k marvel cards? He listed multiples and sold them just to take the money and run. With all due respect, i find each time you reply i have to re-explain myself.

I need you to stop posting my conversation with you and I never "demanded" he does what I suggested.

This is between you both and I think you both are a total mess and a behave like immature children.

I DID however told you both to make arrangements in private and deal with this issue like adults.

And the fact that you're still bickering about this in the open forum says a lot.

Problems like this you both can't have it 100% your way. <------

It gets tricky when you accept agreements with words.. Open to complications down the line. Hope you guys sort it out though despite your differences.. (P.S. This is why I prefer to ride solo)

Agreement here with the solo aspect - "no fuss no muss".

I have said what i needed to say and it was my purest of intentions. To help the community as a whole beware of certain sellers. It seems some of his pals are rooting for him here but the needs of the many outweigh the need of the few.

Proceed with caution with this seller.

Defaming someone because you lost a contract is not 'helping the community'—it is a personal vendetta. You are attempting to disguise a breach of financial agreements and the exploitation of my account as a public service.

Grand statements about 'the needs of the many' cannot hide the fact that you rented an asset, ran it into the ground with customer disputes, evacuated the funds to evade rent, and are now throwing a tantrum because you were held accountable.

I will not engage in this public drama any further. The community can see through this narrative.
