Default What time do you sleep and wake up?

Why time do you sleep and wake up?

Just a question. I am thinking I should change my pattern.

Monday through Thursday, and Sunday sleep at 3:00 AM - 6:30 AM

Friday night and Saturday night 4 am - 2 Pm.

5 days a week you only sleep 3 hours a night? Wow man, I don't see how you do it. I bet you love Friday and Saturday. My sleep schedule is always messed up, has been for years. I sleep when I get tired and get up when I have to but I usually get at least 8 in.

I used to sleep anytime I felt like, but now being back in school I like to go to sleep around midnight and get up around 8am, go the gym, take a shower, have breakfast, lay around, then be in class by 11:30am down the street then be out less then a few hours later. Have the rest of the day for scheduling personal training sessions at the gym, djiing etc. it's a real sweet schedule=)

These days, I got to bed around 2-3AM and wake up around 2PM. So I get up whenever I like now.

drift off about 11.30, and up about 7.30 weekdays
I sleep in for a couple of extra hours on weekends and go to bed later...

thing is a lot of us usually live in a household with regular work/school hours, so you need to fit it with them too...

My sleep is all messed up. For instance, nodded off last night at 8pm while my daughter was reading me a bedtime story. Woke up at 2am and couldnt go back to sleep. So ate some leftover pizza, had a beer, fed the cats, played words with friends, read email, and logged into Aspkin.

But its a good question. I`ve never liked being on a regimented schedule my whole life. But as you know our society has a way of making you conform. Maybe its an ADD thing - I dont know.

They say the key to good sleep is waking up the same time everyday. Over sleep does not make up for lost sleep. To get some extra sleep they say to go to bed a little earlier but the key was waking at the same time everyday .

Go to bed around 10-11 pm - get up around 3 am many times for consultation projects with international clients. Average 5 hours a night. Weekend becomes a bit longer 6-7 - I train every evening and find that with gym time, I need less sleep

But I wont say that this is good - I am just different like that - been years like this

Usually got to bed 2-3 am and some nights like this week 4 am.

Up at 6ish to get gets off to school.

Weekends

Head to Disney usually Friday nights until close. usually 12, go to bed around 3 after going through current eb listings etc to see if I need to ship anything for Sat.

Sat night is family game night, usually up until 2-3 and is the only night I get more then 3-4 hours of sleep. Usually get 5-6 on Sundays.

Never ever sleep more then 6 hours in any day and if I did I had the flu or was sick.

Have pulled many all nighters with no sleep. Did it Sunday night this week because of the huge Monday morning flea market I hit after dropping kids off at school. No sleep for more then 24 hours.

Wish it were that simple. I would just be laying in bed staring at the ceiling until my normal time anyway.

I power nap.

Then try to have a long sleep at least 4 times a month.

Terrible sleeping pattern.

Does not matter if I totally reduce my caffeine intake. Sleep is rare.

Usually go to sleep in between 12:30-2am

Wake up anywhere between 9-12pm depending on how well I slept lol.

Right now I'm not conformed to any schedule by a job, just online schooling ATM. I hope to never be one of the billions of people who have the typical 9-5 day job working.
