Thinking of fast food this caught my eye the other day.
An American guy here has just become the first Foreign Thai Billionaire. He own's :

Go-getter for sure. | Works out as a Billionaire in Thai Baht.
When you think the red bull family here are worth $5.4B, it doesn't seem much compared to William, but good awesome for a foreigner to get that far here.

Panda Bear Express is also very good. Not the average low quality chinese food you see on every block.

Donuts are horrible, sandwiches are not deli style and I dont drink coffee so we bypass the place.
Every donut you get taste the same.
If this is what Canadians feel is a good donut then you have been fooled badly.
Even Dunkins, which is not that great is better then Tim Hortons.

Well I find the 16/8 eating plan with intense cardo and physical plus 8000-9000 calories a day(NO CALORIES or 2000 EQAULS YOU FEELING LIKE A RUN DOWN BATTERY WHEN YOU WORK OUT.) makes me a beast(really boosts the testosterone if you eat 8-12 eggs a day). Do this and you get a lot of lean huge muscle gain. You should have 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fat in your daily intake.
Why else do you think the ladies call me Bigboddie?
Fave fast food lately Taco bell breakfast tacos, hardess jim bean burgers, doritios tacos, carls junior cap'n crunch milk shakes, steak and shake Kool-Aid shakes, waffle house chunked scattered smothered chilli, howards wine mill special pizza.

I could not eat most of the take out food you mention, I will not eat the smelly orange cheese they put on it and the greasy batter/breadcrumbs, or the cheap meats/chicken they use. I would never ever eat a hot-dog. I like tacos with guacamole (fresh). calamari and most fish dishes.
I like a well made pizza only with mozzarella, a good Indian/thai/chinese. well-made pasta dish.
I like spicy bean/falafel burger, with lots of salad and onion.
do not like donuts, too oily taste, love most cakes though, we have great choice here.
