I am awaiting admins to respond but i figured this PSA will help anyone before falling into their trap.

Ahmaed, you’re very manipulative. We had done business for a long time. After my hand surgery i had some complications and could not sell as before. You demanded $500 per month just for having the account to which i said was absurd and disagreed. You then offered to sell me the account then quickly changed your mind. The 3k in payo from sales, you withdrew and now i am left with nothing.

You are living in Gaza and i have always tried my best to encourage you in light of your circumstances as well as donating to your gofundme and sharing your link. Why do you repay me this way?

1. Extra-Platform Business & Unfair Defamation
The current dispute stems from business dealings outside of the specific services provided on this platform. Because this arrangement exists outside your marketplace, the user has absolutely no right to use this forum to defame, harass, or damage my reputation here.

2. History of Account Damage and Negligence
This user has a track record of severe mismanagement. He previously mismanaged and caused the suspension of multiple older accounts of mine—accounts that were over 10 years old. Despite this, I gave him additional accounts to work on, which he also ended up damaging.

3. Clear Breach of Agreement and Minimum Fees
I leased this account to him strictly on a profit-sharing/commission basis, subject to performance.

Because his sales were consistently insufficient, I explicitly warned him 3 months ago that he needed to improve his sales or I would look for another seller.

I clearly notified him that there is a minimum rental/leasing fee of $500 if minimum sales targets were not met. He failed to comply with these warnings.

4. False Ownership Claims and Retaliation
The user is now making completely false claims that the account belongs to him or that I "stole money" from him. I have not taken a single penny from him. He is reacting erratically simply because I exercised my right to terminate our business relationship and look for an alternative seller.

5. Intentional Evasion Regarding Account Purchase
We never had an official agreement for him to buy the account. At one point, due to his constant delays in delivering products on time (which was actively destroying my account's metrics), the idea of a sale was briefly mentioned. However, he used stall tactics, stating he would only buy it "when the account health is 100% strong." This was pure evasion. He wanted to continue exploiting my account while running it into the ground.

Conclusion:
Ultimately, this is my account. The user was a contractor who failed to meet performance standards, breached the rental terms, and damaged my business assets. He has absolutely no legal or contractual right to dictate terms, make demands, or hold my account hostage.

Fair enough. I agree this has nothing to do with anything on this forum. Gotta be careful with people.. especially anyone trying to use an eBay account to run scams. Why'd you choose to keep doing business with this guy after he proved to be unreliable as a seller?

We are sick of this excuse used by several sellers prior to you to circumvent the forum policies on what you are approved to sell here.

Ah, the plot thickens. Based on the screenshots it's not really fair for you to call fraud on anyone. Seems like he screwed up an account he bought from you and then tried to avoid financial obligations by trying to say you created the account fraudulently. It's fishy on both sides.

I thought this thread was taken down. Glad to see it has gained traction. This seller offered an account for 10%. Everything was fine until i had hand surgery and could no longer list as usual. He then imposed a $500 fee just for having the account. Insane.

Admin has stepped in and asked him to either give me the account for 3k he is withholding or return my funds.

He ignored the admin.

I have since found evidence of him selling high ticket items on the account just to scam ebay buyers! He is looking to walk with 17k plus my 3k. I have pictures of it all, who wants to see it?

This guy is a master manipulator. Should be banned immediately.

Nothing in the posts make Ahmaed look like a 'master manipulator', describing people like that also makes you look weak in my opinion.

He should just return the $3000 (less the $500 a month minimum rental fee, which from the date looks like Mar, Apr, May, Jun) then everyone's made whole and can move on.

What he's doing with the account now is nobodies business but his.

in this case ahmaed is right because the conditions had been set in advance

I personally think the idea to accept such conditions was questionable but I would not accuse ahmaed of fraud as you indeed agreed to this noose around your neck

Ahmaed and i had an agreement for 10% of sales. Worked just fine. Once i could not sell as much as before, he imposed this 500 monthly nonsense out of the blue. Instead of just taking the account elsewhere. His biggest gripe with me is that i say the account isnt his. When i say that it is to mean that who the hell does he think he is to impose “rent” for an account that truly isnt his to begin with, he has no affiliation with ebay lol. Im trying to pop his big head. He still has my 3k which i expect back in full.

I went into the account yesterday and he has 17k in fraudulent sales pending. Shocked and wondering how i did that, he deleted our entire history on tel.
