Is this normal?..
 

So recently I purchased a stealth eBay account that I paid pretty decent money for. I've had the account for at least 3 weeks. I went and got a new PO box, new bank account, new router. I even updated the info to eBay about 2 weeks ago. Changed the address, added the BA to PayPal etc. 2 days ago, I'm on the new stealth account and I literally see 2 of my listings - the only listings I had - get deleted. And then 2 min later while I'm trying to figure out what happened I saw a new listing go up. I was pissed off and a little worried to say the least. I then messaged this seller from here who I purchased the account from. It took him 2 days to "investigate" as to what happened. I received a msg today stating that he sent the wrong excel info....... mistakes happen, but I paid a lot of money and I also invested a lot of time on the account. The seller offered a full refund or swap the account. I am interested in just keeping this account being that I've already invested time getting everything I needed for it... I am wondering if there is any risk for me to just keep the account? Should I return it to avoid getting the account shut down? The last things I did to it were change the pws's on PP and eBay, and deleted the other persons listing and just relisted my own item. I'd ask the seller but the seller seemingly refuses to respond. Honestly I'm really disappointed w just the lack of support from this seller

EPIC FAIL... This is amazing.... Who was it? Actually you probably shouldn't say unless they don't fix your problem.

No, this is actually not normal. 1st time I've heard a story like it. But I can see how it could happen, human error. Everyone that has permission to sell here is legit, I'm sure you'll get it straightened out. Just stay on top of it.
