Maybe you know someone or there is a place that I don't know about.

There are a couple sellers on this forum (in the Marketplace) that can take care of this.

Just expect to pay 15-20% in costs for PayPal to Crypto.

I use xcoin.io for buy bitcoin with paypal... and also work as wallet, and you can sell you btc in your wallet and get paid to paypal :D

I never said I'm the Expert in crypto in general and I wouldnt pay 27% fees to exchange my paypal with a company that does not have enough trust for this kind of exchanges.

as far as I know localbitcoins does not support Germany either.

Localbitcoins usually offers much higher exchange rates on BTC-Paypal, like 30% or more and you'll be exposing your documents/id to bunch of people trying to check up on you like cia lol, I'd rather find someone here or on bitcointalk..
