Have anybody created offshore company?

Hey guys,
have you ever opened offshore company by yourself?
I am interested in Marshall islands or some similar country which require to pay annual fees and that is it? Or maybe you can recommend people who opens that kind companies for you. Thanks

After reading around on Google, $1k seems to be the going rate to have a registered agent set up a company in the Marshall Islands for you.

yes google help, but there is companies that sell those companies. I want to create by myself. Google is not very helpful about specific information how to open, not how to buy.

Umm what? All the information is at your disposal. Easily done if done the right way.

i guess i do not know how too look in right way. So i just contacted Marshall Islands government to ask help to find info :) thank you

You dont really think that a Government body is going to hold your hand through the company creation process do you. That's why they licence agents FFS!

ofcourse not, i hope that they will give me direct channel or institution who is resposible on that :) this is what i am not able to find in google yet

Wouldn't it be easier to just use an agent? There's a very good reason that there's an abundance of registered agents in this secrecy jurisdiction. You could travel to the Marshall Islands and do all the paperwork yourself but you'd still need an agent to maintain the company for you unless you plan to live there afterwards.

"Shelf companies" are the premade companies you're talking about, but that's not the only kind of company an agent can help you with. They would also be able to create one from scratch for you with whatever details you need/want.
