They are very strict on YJ. If they find out you are not IN japan they willl cancel/suspend your account or wont allow you to buy. If they do allow you to buy, their shipping fees are outrageous.

You need to get Japanese cc to register as a seller, foreign cc doesnt work.

Japanese mobile phone verification needs as well.
