When customers call in for refunds or replacements Walmart does not do them and instead we have to give them the Vendors number or email address. many times the number is either disconnected or goes to an answering machine and they remain non responsive so we agents escalate to a marketplace team who intervenes on the customers behalf.
Today was the very first time I saw that a vendor had been banned from listing on Walmart.com out of literally hundreds of customer complaints.
Many of the customers that were lucky enough to get a human on the phone often complain that they are Chinese. In fact I've had a customer tell me hes still waiting for his item to arrive from China, so a lot of them are ordering as they receive orders and dont even house stock. I think I'm going to look into becoming a MPV myself since I've seen this thread and am a bit familiar with them |
