Mercari return policy
 
Anyone has experience with buyers requesting a return claiming item is damaged on mercari?

I got my first one today! wooooooooo

As you probably already figured out, you have no say in the process. The one thing that is nice though is mercari covers return shipping, so unless your customer was a ****ing ravenous animal when they opened up the product it’s not a total loss
