Solution for Mercari account?

For a phone that got suspended on Mercari can I create a new user profile on android and start it as fresh for Mercari? As long as I give Mercari a new phone number and other new info is this method ok to use for stealth?

Each cell phone has a unique id which would identify your phone as having been used for a suspended account, when you upgrade your phone to a new model you can use the app as the id of the phone is different even though the number is the same.

If I create a new user for a Mac or PC and run an android emulator does it have a different unique id each time I create a new user?

You can use an emulator called MEMU and create several instances, each having a unique IMEI, and phone model. Then you’ll have to run each instance on a Dedicated Proxy, either Datacenter or Residental.
