New phone enough?
My mercari account was permanently closed. Mercari Saïd it was my sister’s account and she had been banned. I used her phone to respond to a customer question- I have had nothing but perfect reviews. I made no progress in trying to resolve. That account is dead.
I purchased a new phone. I set up a new email from the phone. I have turned off every single thing I can think of. I am not using at home or at the office - or if I do I will turn off WiFi.
I have a number of other businesses with accounts that have their own FEINs and are aged (over 10 years).
Do I need to do more? Thanks! This forum is awesome.
